i give the glasses themselves 5 stars. they are heavy and pretty and nice quality. but the service that i received from target gets 0 stars, for an average of 3 stars total. i couldnt have been more frustrated with target. i ordered 12 glasses, they sent me one. and it was someone elses order, they had packaged it wrong. when i called them, i got the run around and they told me what they would do to fix the problem, and they didnt do it. then they backordered the order til way after christmas without letting me know, leaving me with no gift at the last minute. they finally arrived at the end of january. AWFUL!!!

I bought this Coca-Cola Mug set for my friend...she couldn't beilieve how heavy the mug were. She love the gift. The service was pretty good , delievery was very fast and i was afraid they may throw the box and break but none were broken. vey please with this mug collection
