Know your product: Kosher Coke/Mexican Coke has NO high fuctose corn syrup
I called the supplier (note it is sold by a 'nutrition' store) to make sure after I searched Amazon for "Kosher Coke products" looking for Coke made with 'cane sugar' not the 'high fructose corn syrup' (HFCS)that Coke is made with in USA. Unfortunately it is a holiday, New Years Day, so I could only leave a message of inquiry as they were closed. I wanted to make sure this Coke only contained 'cane sugar' just as the other reviewers I can purchase all the Coke products with 'high fructose corn syrup' locally.
For you negative reviewers, learn your product/product categories before you slam. Coke products made with 'cane sugar' and any product made with 'cane sugar' was the ideal, the gold standard until US manufacturers discovered 'high fructose corn syrup.'. HFCS is not only cheaper than the real thing, 'cane sugar', but manufacturers dicovered their products with the 'high fructose corn syrup' were found to have addictive qualities which not only reduce satiety but increased consumption in the products containing the HFCS. We UNKNOWINGLY began to consume more of their product than if it was still made with the 'cane sugar'. 'Cane sugar' only became a health food once companies began to use HFCS and the negative properties of HFCS came to light. Obviously, manufacturers think these same qualities positive! Think, why would a nutritional store be selling Coke unless it was in some fashion made healthier.
This was the third hit. The first hit was for single glass bottles of Coke which stated the 'cane sugar' ingredient was present at $2+ per bottle. This seller above does not list the product number which indicates the 'cane sugar' ingredient but my search and the price reflects an accurate pricing for Coke made with 'cane sugar' sold in cans.
Many foreign countries have already outlawed the use of high fructose corn syrup in soda drinks with governments protecting citizens requiring only 'cane sugar' be used. In the USA , a country which thinks itself quite progressive, so health conscious, still allows mass marketing of a product , HFCS, known to do more harm than good. US citizens are too busy looking at other things or looking the other way simply happy paying less for our products non-the-wiser while we grow fatter every day. It is not surprising in many circles using 'high fructose corn syrup' in lieu of 'cane sugar' is thought to be the major contributor to the growing obesity rates in the United States.
GO TO WAL-MART ITS CHEAPER!!!!!!!!!!
Over $30 for a 32 pack of Coke?! You are joking right?!!!!! I buy a 24 pack of Coke for $6.48 at Wal-Mart!!!! So for over $30 I can buy about 5-6 24 packs of coke which is 120-144 cans of Coke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I recommend going to your local Wal-Mart or store because you will save a lot of money and get more for your buck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
$33 for 32 cans?
this is an extreme rip off, i could get more than 48 cans of cola with $33 dollar. extremely ridiculous
