Not as expected
We expected this skillet to be of high quality since it was Emerilware. We found it unsatisfactory. The bottom was pebbled, like sandpaper, which may make it OK for quesadillas, but unacceptable for making pancakes or frying eggs. We returned the skillet and are in the market quality cast iron skillet.
