Yum!
I just love these. I ordered 2 after getting a "sizzle platter" at a restaurant that served a grilled chicken breast and potates with peppers and melted cheese that came sizzling to the table until the cheese was a little crusty around the edges and I couln't wait to duplicate the recipe at home. All that I wanted and more
This Iron Sizzle Platter is fantastic, I use it as often as I can. It is great for the finishing touch. A tad bit heavy, but it does more than I had expected. Will more than likely purchase an additional one, as it would come in handy with larger meals.
